A Bangladeshi filmmaker, Abu Shahed Emon has produced several acclaimed films, including “Iti,” “Tomari Dhaka,” “Patalghar,” and “Payer Toley Mati Nai.” His award-winning debut feature, “Jalaler Golpo,” was Bangladesh’s official submission to the Oscars in 2016.
